Movers and Packers in Dubai
illas, Apartments, Offices and More, Across All 7 Emirates
Most moves in the UAE go wrong for the same reason. Nobody planned for the building access window. Or the elevator was double-booked. Or the quote given over the phone turned out to be very different from what arrived on the truck.
E MoverAE works differently. You get a written quote after an actual survey — not a number pulled from a phone call. The team that shows up is the same team you spoke to. And the move is planned around your building's real conditions, not figured out on the morning.

Who Is E MoverAE?
E MoverAE started with a straightforward idea — moving in the UAE shouldn't feel like a gamble. You shouldn't have to worry about whether the quote will change when the truck shows up, or whether the crew knows how to handle your building's access rules, or whether your wardrobe will survive being loaded by people who've never taken one apart before.
So that's what we built the company around. Practical things. Real things.
We cover relocations of all sizes across all seven emirates — a studio in Al Nahda, a five-bedroom villa in Arabian Ranches, a corporate office in Business Bay, or just a few pieces of furniture going from one side of Dubai to the other. Each one gets the same process: a proper survey first, a written quote second, and a planned move with the right team and materials for that specific job.

Every property in the UAE has its own set of complications. High-rise towers have cargo lift booking systems and building management sign-offs. Gated communities have entry permit windows — and if you miss yours, you're waiting. Inter-emirate routes have Salik and Darb tolls, highway timing, and unloading logistics at both ends.
None of this can be figured out on the morning of the move. It has to be planned before.
That's what our survey process is actually for. Not just counting boxes. Planning the whole thing properly.
Every quote is based on an in-person or video survey of the property — and whatever that number is, it's what you pay. No surprises on moving day.
We don't sub-contract moves out to whoever's available. The team you spoke to is the same team that shows up at your door.
Before we leave your new place, every item is confirmed in the right room. We don't consider the job done until that's checked off.

Moving Services Across the UAE
Five services. All available across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and every other emirate. Each one built around a specific type of move — not a generic checklist.

Large furniture that needs full disassembly. Gated communities with strict loading window rules. Outdoor furniture most crews don't plan for. We know what goes wrong — and how to avoid it. Gate passes arranged before move day, not at the entrance.

The challenge isn't the furniture— it's the building. Cargo lifts need booking in advance. Building management needs notification. Access slots in high-rise towers are fixed. We handle all of this before move day so the move can just be a move.
Learn more about Apartment Movers
Most office moves happen over a weekend — businesses can't afford to lose a Monday. Workstations disassembled, IT packed properly, everything labelled by department and reinstalled before the week starts.

Sometimes you're not moving a whole property — just a sofa or a wardrobe. Clearance issues are assessed during booking, not at the door. Large awkward pieces measured against lift dimensions before the crew arrives.

Between properties, during renovation, or for seasonal items. Units are secure, monitored, and accessible without advance notice. Items from a move transfer directly from the truck to storage — no extra handling stage.

Why Customers
Choose E Mover
There are a lot of moving companies in the UAE. Most will tell you they're professional, experienced, and affordable. Most of them are also exactly the same. Here's what's actually different about working with us.
A number given over the phone means nothing. It doesn't account for your actual inventory, your building's access conditions, or anything that gets "discovered" on move day and suddenly costs extra. Every quote follows a real survey — in person or on a video call. The figure you get is the figure you pay. That's it.
Gate passes, cargo lift reservations, building management notifications, parking near service entrances, Salik and Darb toll planning on inter-emirate routes — all handled before the crew turns up. On move day, the clock is running. You don't want problems solved at 8am that should have been sorted a week earlier.
Kitchenware in reinforced cartons with dividers. Glassware individually wrapped. Upholstered furniture in stretch film. Artwork gets edge guards and foam board. Electronics pack in padded cartons with cables labelled and bagged. Not whatever's on the truck — the right material for each specific item.
Beds, wardrobes, bunk beds, dining tables, bookshelves, workstations — they come apart before loading and go back together at the destination. Every screw, bolt, and dowel gets bagged and labelled per piece. Nothing arrives at the new place and sits in pieces because someone didn't bring the right tools.
Weekdays, weekends, after-hours for office moves — we work when you need. More importantly, we schedule around what your building actually allows. Some towers have specific move-in windows. Some communities have designated days. Tenancy contract end dates drive a lot of UAE moving timelines. We plan around all of that.
Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Sharjah to Ras Al Khaimah. Ajman to Fujairah. Whatever the route — the same crew handles pick-up and delivery. No handoff to a "local partner" at the border. No gap where your belongings are someone else's responsibility and no one's accountable. One team. Start to finish.
How a Move With E Mover Works
Five steps. No surprises. Here's the whole process — from first contact to the last item confirmed in the right room.
Property type, size, where you're moving from, where you're going, and when you need it done. You can use the quote form, WhatsApp us, or just call. No long questionnaire. No account to create. Takes five minutes.
We survey the property — in person or via video call — and go through the inventory properly. Then a written quote comes through, broken down by what's included. No verbal estimates that change later. No ballpark figures. The number you get is the number you pay.
The crew arrives with the correct materials for your specific inventory. Kitchen items, fragile pieces, furniture, electronics — each category gets handled separately with the right packing method. Nothing is rushed through. Everything is labeled by room and item type.
Furniture that needs disassembly comes apart before it goes on the truck. Items load in a planned sequence — not at random. Toll charges are already factored in. The truck follows the confirmed route, and inter-emirate timing is planned around traffic and permit windows.
Items come off in placement order. Furniture goes back together at the destination. Before the crew leaves, every item is confirmed in the right room — with you. That confirmation is the end of the job. Not pulling out of the car park.
Moving Services Across All Seven UAE Emirates
Same team, same quote, same process — whether you're moving within one emirate or across three of them.
Gated communities — Arabian Ranches, The Springs, Victory Heights — each require entry permits and gate passes arranged in advance. High-rise towers in JBR, Marina, Downtown, and Business Bay need cargo lift booking systems. Palm Jumeirah has restricted vehicle access. EMAAR and Nakheel community protocols are followed as standard.
Saadiyat Island, Reem Island, Khalifa City, and Al Raha Beach each have their own building management sign-off processes and access requirements. These are confirmed during the survey and fully arranged before move day — not resolved on arrival.
The Dubai–Sharjah corridor is one of the busiest roads in the UAE. Al Nahda, Al Khan, and Muwaileh moves are almost always better scheduled early morning — it's not a tip, it's a significant time difference that we plan around as standard.
Central Ajman has older buildings and narrower streets that need advance access planning. This is sorted during the survey so the crew isn't working it out at the entrance on move day.
E311 route from Dubai. Al Hamra Village and Al Marjan Island have their own community access rules confirmed in advance. The longer travel distance is factored into the quote from the start — it doesn't appear as a surcharge later.
Mountain road routing from Dubai adds real travel time. It's planned and included in the quote from the start — not a surprise cost that shows up on move day.
Smaller community with generally manageable access and noticeably less congestion on move day compared to the northern emirates. Same planning process applied — survey first, everything confirmed before the crew arrives.
